煤矿带式输送机变频调速系统的改造与应用

摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿带式输送机运行过程中存在的缺陷,提出了有针对性的变频改造技术方案,并在实际生产中得到了应用。指出了利用其优异的变频调速和起动及制动性能优点,可达到安全可靠稳定运输的目的;通过对带式输送机的变频调速改造及应用,达到了降低带式输送机系统故障发生率,提高了井下煤炭运输系统的工作效率。

关键词: 带式输送机, 变频调速, 启动性能, 制动性能

Abstract: This article mainly aims at Chen Silou coal mine belt conveyor the defects existing in the operation process, put forward the targeted belt conveyor frequency conversion reconstruction scheme, a new integrated control two motors, has certain reference value for the modification of the old system, and obtained the practical application in the actual production, has been clear about the belt conveyor running its excellent frequency control of motor speed and the braking performance, and many other advantages, improve the quality of the underground transportation, reduces the incidence of belt conveyor system fault, achieved the purpose of safe and reliable transportation, and points out the importance of frequency conversion technology in the modernization of the mine production.
